Nampa, Idaho, January 20th, 2021: What better way to ring in the new year than with the new evolution of an old classic? NEMO Arms is thrilled to announce the launch of their all-new NEMO Shotgun line. This new line will tie in nostalgic features of classic shotguns that we all know and love, with the added modern twist of NEMO’s revolutionary technology. 

Each NEMO shotgun is hand-built, test-fired, cleaned, and inspected for lasting quality. One of the most respected Italian shotgun manufacturers in the industry, Bettinsoli, we are dedicated to providing the most innovative shotgun technology and quality that will last for generations to come.

The main components of each shotgun (the actions, both in steel and light alloy, the forend irons, the monoblocks, the triggers guards, and extractors) are all made from solid forgings. The material fibers are not cut in any way by tools, therefore the resistance of the material remains intact for the absorption of the shot explosions.

Brace Notice

On November 8, 2023, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas granted the Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction staying ATF’s recently enacted rule regarding stabilizing/arm braces for pistols in its entirety. A copy of the court’s order has been made available to me.

ATF appealed this decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on November 29, 2023, and that appeal is currently pending. As a result, the legal status of stabilizing/arm braces for pistols has not been resolved with finality and is subject to change via this appeal, or otherwise, without warning or notice. Buyer accepts sole responsibility for any such legal changes and their impact on the status of the purchased firearm, and acknowledges that all sales of stabilizing/arm brace equipped firearms are final.

Law Enforcement Pricing request

The Process:
  • Fill out the Price Quote Request Form and submit the form; (Specify whether the quote is for Law Enforcement Agency or Law Enforcement Duty Officer. LE Agency Pricing and LE Duty Officer Pricing are different.)
  • Anyone requesting LE Duty Officer pricing must provide valid law enforcement credentials and provide, on agency letterhead, a letter stating that the rifle will be used as the purchaser’s “duty weapon.”
